The job shortage

●Cause of the job shortage.
   Number of employees of large companies has been reduced by the economic downturn.
   Students want to work for a large company for a steady income.
→Problem has arisen between students and companies.

●Opinions of students
   I want to do what I want to do.
   I want to get a steady income.
   I want to help for society.
→Are you understand yourself?

●Efforts of the company
   Companies will hold many company briefings.
   Companies sending information through twitter.
→Companies can be obtained student interest by sending information about company policy and the content of the work.   

●What is the thing we should do?
    You should understand yourself by doing a self-analysis.
    You should broaden your horizons.
    You should attend many company briefings.
    You should know the compatibility with yourself by collecting a lot of information.
   

You can find a high rate of employment from the graph. But,there are numeric value that do not appear in the graph.I cannot say that this has high rate of employment.

Today, Society is said to be the employment ice age.
One of the reason : the decrease of the company that employed by economic trends.
Another reason : works required by the job seekers differs from people who the company will adopt.
There are many problems that are caused by  the job shortage.
Job shortage has become a major problem not only in Japan but also in other countries.

When New graduate is advantageous to get a job.
Because companies focus on flexibility and humanity, and educational background.
In adittion, companies emphasized that employer who are not steeped in the company culture of the other.

We should think about the job shortage.
And we must do what we can.


今日、社会は就職氷河期と言われている。
理由の１つは、景気の動向による採用する企業の減少。
もう１つは、求職者が求める仕事と企業が採用したい人材が異なる。
就職難によって引き起こされる問題が多くある。
日本だけでなく、ほかの国でも就職難は大きな問題となっている。

新卒者は就職するにあたって有利である。
なぜなら、企業は柔軟性や人間性、学歴を重視する。
また、企業は雇用者が他の企業文化に染まっていないことを重視する。

私たちは就職難について考えるべきです。
そして私たちができることをしなければならない。

　About the job shortage that's a problem in the world,we want to research it not only in Japan but also other countries.
　私たちは世界的に問題になっている就職難について、日本だけでなく、他国も含め調べたい。

 　どうしてその問題について考えたいのか。
　
　 We thought we want to research a job shortage because we often watch the news about it on TV.
　 よくテレビで就職難に関するニュースを見るので、自分たちで調べてみようと思ったから。

③Through the project,what message do you wish to convey,and to whom?
    プロジェクトを通して、誰に、何を、伝えたいか。

　 We want to share the difficulty of finding the job toward college students.
    大学生に向けて、就職の難しさを共有したい。

④Why is it important for other people to know about your topic?
　 どうして他の人はその問題について知らなければならないのか。

   Because we will encounter the job shortage in getting a job.
   就職するにあたって就職難に直面するだろうから。

⑤How do you plan to share your project, in order to convey the message?
   メッセージを伝えるために、どんな工夫をするつもりか。

 　We want to use articles about experience and news.
　 私たちは体験談やニュースの記事を使いたい。
